Floske Kusse

Stakeholder Engagement Lead, ING Global Sustainability

Floske Kusse joined ING Global Sustainability in June 2015. As Stakeholder Engagement manager she engages with external stakeholders such as government representatives, sustainability professionals and NGOs on topics like climate change, the circular economy and human rights related issues. Outcomes and insights from this engagement contribute to ING’s strategy, policy framework and the development of business opportunities.
Sustainability is a strategic priority for ING and built into the purpose of the company. The focus is on integrating sustainability further into the core business and accelerating two themes where ING can have an impact on society; supporting social resilience with a focus on financial health and contributing to the transition to a low-carbon society. This focus pays off: ING has leading positions in independent indices like Sustainalytics and CDP.
Prior to her current position, Floske worked in the energy sector in stakeholder engagement, strategic communication and public affairs. She holds a master’s degree in Dutch language and literature, specializing in rhetoric.
