Erik Friedeberg founded Manifesto 3,5 years ago. A cooperative of personal accountants and business coaches. Where significant (meaningful) entrepreneurs are coached, so that they come closer to their dreams and realising their mission. On the basis of a (nearly) real-time scoreboard that both soft and hard parameters shows and also interaction between both kind of parameters.

From Manifesto the idea arose to develop the Scale of Significance. A new instrument that will replace the balance sheet worldwide. That will make the intrinsic values of organisations/companies visible, measurable and comparable. Because money is not the measure of all things. More and more often money is only seen as a mean to amass higher values.
